During setup, you define your brand identity including tone, messaging, target audience, and content pillars. You can also upload existing content to your Knowledge Base. The AI uses all of this context to generate on-brand content.

Yes, you can configure your own API keys for AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) in your account settings. This gives you direct billing with providers and removes markup on AI costs.

Absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.

Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. However, you can purchase top-up credit packs at any time, and those purchased credits do not expire.
